The Company structure comprises of the shareholders at the top, and an advisory board that is responsible for selecting the Chief Executive Officer. There are nine (09) shareholders who are current and previous employees of the company. The advisory board comprises of four persons selected from shareholders to handle administrative, policy and disciplinary matters that may arise within a financial year. The current Chief Executive Officer is Eng. Kaddu David who was reinstated after the untimely passing of the previous Chief Executive Officer; Eng. Dr Godfrey Mwesige. Eng. Dr Godfrey Mwesige had been in position from November 12th 2015 to July 6th, 2021. Eng. Kaddu David had previously served in the same position from 2011 to 2015

The Chief Executive Officer is assisted by three directors of Projects, Operations as well as Research & Development. The current office holders are Eng. Cyrus Sebwato, Eng. David Kaddu and Ms Tatian Binyaga, respectively. The directors coordinate and supervise different heads of departments under their respective dockets
